Membership

The club was established in 1970 inQueensland to bring together local Austin Healey enthusiasts as interest in the care and preservation of the cars increased following the cessation of production in 1968. 

Today the club holds proud place in the National and International Austin Healey fraternity which can trace its history back to the first club which grew through the support of the Donald Healey Motor Company in 1955. 

 Membership of the Austin Healey Owners Club of Queensland Inc. is available to current owners of all cars of Healey manufacture including:

As a club member you will enjoy a wide variety of activities centred around the use and appreciation of these classic British sportscars.  The club also provides access to advice on matters as varied as spare parts, insurance and technical advice.

The club aims to preserve and promote the use of all Healey built cars.  Members are drawn from a variety of backgrounds and the emphasis is on a relaxed and informal atmosphere, our common interest being the cars bearing the Healey name.
